To help customers understand whether they may be subject to customs duties. We suggest reading the terms and conditions of incoming parcels in each country, especially for orders between the UK and EU, as rates may vary from country to country.

Shipping time varies by product, but typically orders are delivered within 5 - 7 business days.
Since products can be shipped separately, we offer standard delivery with the following shipping costs:

From the UK:
£3.99 up to 2kg for UK customers.
£16.50 up to 2kg for EU customers.
Rest of the world - Price depends on the country of delivery.

NOTE - you will be charged customs duties and VAT. We are working hard to calculate this, but changing regulations mean that this is currently quite difficult.

Used4You is not responsible for customs fees, these must be handled by the individual customer. Please note that orders under €150 (£135) are exempt from customs fees.

You may be required to provide additional information to the courier when the order arrives.
This varies by country/region. We suggest you check the latest rules on import fees in your country before placing your order, as we are unable to calculate exact customs fees due to their variable nature!

Please note that we do not cover customs fees for orders to the rest of the world, and we suggest you check what the import fees to your country will be before placing your order to make sure you are comfortable with any import duties that will be charged!

Online orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days. We ship internationally and delivery times may vary. Any orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed after the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, we estimate that you will receive your order within 7 business days from the shipping date. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured that we make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.

Please note that for orders shipped overseas, a customs fee is likely to be charged upon arrival of the package, the amount of which depends on the country.
The courier will contact you directly to facilitate this payment. For our U.S. customers, please be advised that you can order up to $800 worth of products without incurring any customs fees. For European customers, customs fees will now be charged depending on the origin of the product ordered.

However, orders with a value not exceeding 150 euros are free of customs fees within the EU. Used4You is not responsible for these customs fees.
